Oh, the faerie came from yonder hills,
From the castle of Dunlir.

As the Young and Great Midhir.
He rode one day on his great white steed
Through the forests tall and still.
He found a bloodstained castle,
And all its knights were killed.
He couldn't find any answer
To this great mystery,
And when he came upon a long black cloak,
He suspected skulduggery.
Midhir took the cloak and bound it tight,
And rode away once more.

A place he'd heard in lore.
